Research, development and following state registration of new medical, cosmetic and food additive items is one of the services provided by FAVEA to its Customers. This is possible due to the modern laboratory with clean rooms, which has all necessary equipment and highly our qualified and experienced specialists-pharmacists work in this segment. FAVEA is the developer and owner of many unique patents (a broad number of medicaments).
Production activity
Our company owns two small, but very well-equipped facilities for the pharmaceutical and cosmetic production. We produce our own production line and production of the other companies based on contract terms. FAVEA mastered production of about 70 products. FAVEA supports traditional way of production techniques, but by applying modern auxiliary substances that affect the effectiveness of the medicines. To strengthen this segment, we successfully cooperate with the medical faculty of the University in Olomouc, Czech Republic, who is a member of several international programs of improvement the biological active ingredients. The availability of such a background plus Research & Development center allows us to master the technological operations, which are lately implemented in the pharmaceutical production of our Customers.

Safety syringes production
Nowadays, safety syringes production is a hot topic, because we are talking about the basic medical tool. Lately, the standard two- and three-parts of disposable safety syringes are replaced by the modern secure, luer lock, luer slip safety syringes of the new generation. We offer a full range of service and production from the conceptual project to the launch of production for all types of safety syringes, including syringes of a new generation. World Health Organization recommends the use only of luer lock syringes and FAVEA is ready to help our Customers to undertake this important step.
Blood Transfusion Centers
Main problems in blood transfusion are caused by old, unproductive, inadequate control over Blood Transfusion Centers (BTC) and inappropriate use of canned plasma. In order to maximize safety and to prevent blood infection several special requirements are needed to apply in all stages starting from the donors up to the recipients. An important feature of modern blood plasma centers is the combination of both operating healthcare facility and pharmaceutical production, which meets the Class "A" standard - a particularly clean rooms and areas. The use of specialized equipment, systems for transfusion, safety syringes for blood donations and fractionation of blood prevents bacterial contamination; increases the efficiency of blood donation and makes the whole procedure safer and faster for donors and health personnel. FAVEA offers complete services for the reconstruction of BTC and building the modern blood transfusion centers with the latest equipment for plasma processing and the production of blood products such as Albumin, Immunoglobulin, Factor VIII etc.
